The State of Texas is now requiring that is residents who are homeowners to fill out the Disclosure of Personal Information form.  You may access the form by clicking the link below.  Once completed, please email the completed form along with a copy of your driver's license or ID to the El Jardin office at: jsanchez@eljardinwsc.com.  You may also drop it by our office Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
